HI… I’M CHIQUITA!

I’ve always loved taking things apart and putting them back together just to see how the pieces fit. As a kid, I did this with Legos, then I graduated to Ikea furniture, and now I manage all the pieces for busy entrepreneurs (although I still build little metal models on the side).  I went to school thinking I’d become an engineer and in a way I did when I became an Applications Engineer for a tooling manufacturer. But now I engineer business operations and online success.  

I use what I’ve learned working in Human Resources, Training and Development, Sales Operations, and all of the entrepreneurial learning I’ve done over the years to build sustainable systems, starting with putting the right people in the right seats. I love being part of helping people realize their dreams. 

Unlike a lot of business owners, I actually enjoy getting into the processes and the details and making sure my clients are set up for success.  Nothing is more fulfilling than taking people’s big ideas and breaking them down to the smallest details so we can transform dreams into realities. I firmly believe what James Clear said “We don’t rise to the level of our goals, we fall to the level of our systems.”  

I love the travels of life, with music (my passion) as my soundtrack. Sometimes those travels take me abroad (another passion), sometimes they are the journey of personal growth and service. All bring me joy.
